Great to meet you!

I earned two bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Social Work from the University of West Florida, along with a Master of Social Work, and I am currently completing a second master’s degree in Clinical Neuroscience at Parker University as I prepare to begin the PhD in Psychology program at Keiser University. I am also EMDR-trained through an EMDRIA-approved program, which has strengthened my ability to support clients as they process trauma and build resilience. I am deeply passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and emotional balance. I strive to create a supportive, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal, grow, and move forward.

My approach to therapy

As a born helper, I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, whatever that may look like. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for healing and growth. My approach is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to each person’s unique story, needs, and goals. In treatment, I draw from mindfulness, strength-based and evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, while considering the emotional, behavioral, and life factors that shape each person’s experience. I am passionate about helping every individual feel understood, supported, and equipped to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are relaxed and welcoming to help you feel at ease, and I often interweave humor and sarcasm, when appropriate, to create a genuine and comfortable space. At the same time, I bring a direct, solution-focused approach to help individuals build insight, develop practical tools, and achieve lasting change. I believe therapy works best when you feel both supported and challenged in ways that encourage real growth. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe being yourself while also making meaningful progress toward the life you want.
