Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that cultivating awareness and care in our relationship with ourselves and within our communities can lead to life-changing shifts. Reaching out for support is often one of the hardest steps, so I want to honor the courage it takes to be here. My work primarily supports adults navigating anxiety, anger, grief, or patterns of disconnection that impact their sense of well-being. I offer a space where you can feel deeply heard, gently challenged, and supported as you move toward meaningful and values-aligned change.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily with individuals and families who are seeking deeper connection both within themselves and in their relationships. My approach is integrative, helping you build awareness of your inner experience, understand the stories that shape your life, process emotions more fully, and reconnect with your body as a source of insight and regulation. I aim to meet each person where they are, tailoring the work to support meaningful and sustainable change. Above all, I work to offer an affirming space that honors your humanness and supports the a greater sense of alignment, connection, and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

I start with an introductory session designed to help us get to know one another. This is a space for you to share your story, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to move toward. There’s no pressure to have all the answers we’ll approach this together with curiosity and openness. My goal is to create an environment where you can feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to clarify goals that align with your values and support meaningful, lasting change.
