Great to meet you!

One of my favorite things in the world is seeing people finally start to look at themselves with the compassion they deserve. I am looking to meet people where they are and help them to identify their needs and develop achievable goals. I emphasize the importance of cultural competency, inclusivity, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with a wide variety of individuals including children, adolescents, adults, and families as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community, diverse cultural groups, and various socioeconomic backgrounds; working with marginalized populations who have experienced poverty, incarceration, homelessness, discrimination, violence, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a non-judgmental environment for you to safely process your thoughts and emotions. I look forward to speaking with you!
