Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Carly, a licensed therapist in Northern California with over 12 years of experience. I've worked in a broad range of settings, including community mental health, college campus, outpatient treatment programs and private practice. I specialize in treating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, relational struggles, perinatal mental health, self-esteem and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma informed, eclectic and somatically oriented. I integrate my trainings in Hakomi (mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy) into much of my work. I love supporting clients with reconnecting to themselves and their inherent healing capacity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel safe, attuned to and truly seen in a holistic way. Over time, clients learn how to feel good in their bodies, experience a deeper sense of connection to themselves, cultivate the capacity to be with emotions as they arise, develop self-love and trust the intelligence that lies within. Self-harming behaviors often decrease during the course of treatment as long held core wounds are tended to.
