Carly Brooke Snow is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a special focus on Somatics and Depth Psychotherapy. With a deep commitment to healing

and self-discovery, she combines therapeutic techniques with an emphasis on embodiment and

mindfulness to guide her clients toward a greater sense of purpose and peace.

Carly has recently become a certified Utah Approved Clinical Supervisor, expanding her ability to mentor and support aspiring therapists in their professional journeys. She is also enrolled in a two-year course to become a world-class Meditation Teacher and Facilitator, further deepening

her expertise in mindfulness practices.

Her approach is rooted in nature, compassionate inquiry, and movement—integrating the mind, body, and spirit in a holistic manner. In addition to her therapy practice, Carly teaches Pilates and yoga, offering tools for physical vitality and mental clarity. She is passionate about supporting

individuals in reclaiming their sense of self, rediscovering their passions, and creating lives of intentional balance.

Whether through therapy, movement, or mindfulness, Carly believes that every person has the capacity to heal and thrive. She is dedicated to helping others cultivate a life grounded in peace,

passion, and well-being.

I love to work with Individuals, Couples, teens, college students, and Families. To outline a few main modalities, Somatic Psychotherapy, Depth Psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy. I value supporting all individuals.
