Great to meet you!

I am a Somatic Psychotherapist who offers a grounded, supportive, and gentle space that welcomes all individuals to slowly explore their inner experience. It is truly an honor to do this work, and I hold deep respect for the therapeutic process. I am personable and nurturing, walking alongside clients through life’s inevitable shifts and transitions. I see myself as a beacon, here to help others remember, cultivate, and nurture their natural goodness or Buddha nature. I love working with individuals, couples, teens, and families, and value supporting people across the full spectrum of life’s journey.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is both somatic and mindful, grounded in deep care, compassion, and presence. I believe each individual has access to an inner reservoir of wisdom and resilience that allows them to rebuild, reestablish, and create new patterns and ways of being. My work emphasizes slowing down, tuning in, and exploring how the body, mind, and emotions interconnect. I draw from a variety of modalities including Somatic Therapy, Gestalt, Jungian, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic, Present-Centered, Attachment-Based, ACT, IPT, Existential, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Relational Therapy. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and grounding environment where they are invited to pause, breathe, and begin at their own pace. We will take time to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and identify the goals or areas of focus you’d like to work on. My intention is to offer a space that feels safe, nurturing, and restorative—one where you can begin to rest, receive support, and feel deeply seen and cared for. Together, we begin building a relationship rooted in trust, curiosity, and compassion.
