I’m Carly Standley, MSN, APRN, PMHNP, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve had the opportunity to care for people across different stages of life and through a wide range of mental health challenges. Those experiences have shaped the way I practice today: with curiosity, compassion, and the understanding that there is always more to a person than a diagnosis.
I believe good psychiatric care starts with listening. I take the time to understand what you’re experiencing, what has and hasn’t worked in the past, and what you hope to get out of treatment.
Medication is one tool, but it isn’t the whole picture. When relevant, we may also look at sleep, nutrition, movement, physical health, stress, coping skills, supplements and lab work to better understand what could be affecting your mental well-being.
Together, we develop a treatment plan that is thoughtful, practical, and individualized to you.
Care across the lifespan, ages 8–99. I provide individualized psychiatric medication management with a focus on understanding the whole person, not simply treating a diagnosis. Care includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, ongoing monitoring, and collaborative treatment planning. All appointments are provided exclusively through telehealth for individuals located in Colorado.
