Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of Rider University and Rutgers University, and am a lifelong NJ resident. I graduated from Rutgers social work program in 2019 and have been practicing in the field ever since. I have worked with all ages from 6 to 76, but my current practice focuses on adolescents and adults. My specialty is working with parents, and those longing to be parents, to help them process challenges related to infertility, pregnancy loss and birth trauma. Finding a specialist that understands the complexities of reproductive mental health can be difficult. That is where I come in.

My approach to therapy

My specific treatment focus is a CBT approach to help my clients reframe negative thought processes and adjust their behaviors to be more successful in pursuing their goals. I believe that my clients are the experts of their own needs, and I empower my clients to be proactive in nurturing their mental health.

What you can expect from me

I support individuals through the deeply personal journeys of grief, infertility, pregnancy loss and birth trauma. Whether you are navigating grief, feeling disconnected, or struggling to find hope, our work together focuses on healing in a safe and compassionate space. I help both men and women honor their experiences, process the pain, and move toward a future that feels grounded, supported and whole.
