Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating complex mental health and substance use challenges.

My clinical focus includes mood disorders such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, cyclothymic disorder, and mood instability related to trauma and stress. I also treat anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring substance use conditions, with a strong emphasis on medication management, psychotherapy integration, and holistic recovery support.

With extensive experience in intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and residential treatment settings, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can regain balance, strengthen coping skills, and restore emotional well-being through personalized, collaborative care.

My approach to therapy

During our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they are encouraged to share their story at their own pace. My approach is collaborative and client-centered — I take time to understand your unique experiences, current challenges, and personal goals.

We’ll review your mental health history, explore symptoms, and identify areas of stress, resilience, and growth. Together, we’ll begin developing an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy support, or lifestyle and coping strategies tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

My goal for the first session is to help you feel heard, validated, and understood, while beginning to establish trust and direction for your care. I strive to create a calm, safe space where you can speak openly and begin your journey toward emotional balance, stability, and overall wellness.
