Great to meet you!

I have more than 2 decades of clinical experience yet still look forward to connecting with my clients each day. I have many years of helping couples and families recover from an extensive history of dysfunction, trauma, and conflict. In addition, I have a verifiable history of helping clients improve coping skills, ability to manage symptoms, and improver overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I offer a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment for clients to self-evaluate, improve ability to manage symptoms, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and improve overall quality of life. I offer a treatment approach that's specific to each clients presenting problem(s) and needs.

What you can expect from me

Client can expect to become more self-aware, empowered to engage in self-advocacy, and strengthen their sense of identity. Overall clients will have a better idea of who they are, their needs, and unhealthy patterns of thinking and behaving.
