Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are navigating professional, academic, and personal stressors, while experiencing grief, loss, life transitions, and shifts in their roles and relationships. As a trauma-informed therapist, I am experienced in supporting clients' exploration of intergenerational, chronic, and acute trauma, and in cultivating a healing process marked by hope and radical acceptance.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the power of personal agency and collective healing, and view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in compassion, openness, curiosity, and dignity.

What you can expect from me

In their first session, I join clients in identifying short-term and long-term goals, and ask about what they find supportive.
