My name is Carmelita Hale. I am the founder and creator of Carmelita’s Couch, LLC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Life Coach. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Capella University and then went on to earn my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2019.
I am passionate about working with adolescents who often feel alone, unheard and misunderstood.
Carmelita’s Couch provides a safe, non judgemental space where teens dealing with issues such as anxiety, overthinking, bullying, divorce, loss of a loved one, low self esteem can feel empowered be themselves through participating individually and collectively in Individual and Group Life coaching sessions in order to find the Solace, Support and Guidance they need to push past their fears and reach their full potential.
