Great to meet you!

If you are tired of simple conversations blowing up into arguments you have come to the right place. I help frustrated adults identify how they feel and discover what they need so they can walk away from conversations feeling heard and understood. If you feel like communication issues are your biggest barrier to having a happy and healthy relationships- Let's Talk!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have been working with individuals for years before it became a career. I value authenticity and creating a judgement free space where clients feel safe to be themselves. My therapeutic approach is best suited for individuals who are ready for change or at very minimum are willing to try.

I help my clients learn to manage communication issues, family conflict, life transitions, and marital issues.

What you can expect from our first session

My Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral and Person Centered methods enable my clients to identify how they feel, what they want and create an effective plan to create the change they want to see in themselves.
