Great to meet you!

Welcome

As a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I believe mental health is an essential part of overall wellness. Seeking help takes courage, and I'm honored to support clients on their journey. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and life stressors, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care and believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms. As a dual board-certified FNP-C and PMHNP-BC, I work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that support both mental and physical well-being. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to achieve lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to discuss your concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment goals in a supportive and judgment-free environment. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and comfortable asking questions. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan and identify next steps to support your mental health and overall well-being.
