Dr. Carmelle Cime

Welcome! I’m Carmelle K. Cime, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, ADHD-CCSP, a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner and an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adolescents and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, insomnia, trauma, stress, and other mental health concerns. I have a special interest in ADHD evaluation and treatment, including diagnostic assessment and medication management. My goal is to provide personalized care that helps each client feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment.

I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach and recognize that mental health symptoms can affect every aspect of daily life. I take time to understand your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, lifestyle, and treatment goals before developing an individualized plan. Treatment may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive therapy, ADHD assessment, and ongoing symptom monitoring. I prioritize shared decision-making and evidence-based treatment while creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns.

In our first session, we'll take time to discuss your concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment goals in a supportive and judgment-free environment. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and comfortable asking questions. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan and identify next steps to support your mental health and overall well-being.
