I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 7 years experience and also have a strong professional medical background. I graduated with a Master’s Degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, and addictions.

I provide a holistic, evidenced based modern approach to mental health in a flexible, secure connection for client focused treatment to meet individual needs. With a focus on wellness, I provide a collaborative approach to wellness.

1. A detailed mental and health history including prior treatments, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, exercise habits and family history.
2. Your priorities and goals
3. Discussion of relevant lab testing recommendations based on your specific situation.
