Great to meet you!

Carmen is a dual board-certified Family & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who is bilingual (Spanish). Has experience in mental health, addiction & primary care. She specializes in integrating a holistic approach to mental wellness & offers comprehensive treatment options. Her practice focuses on medication management & therapy, with a particular interest in dual diagnosis, PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders & grief while addressing other unique needs that may arise.

My approach to therapy

She believes that physical and mental health are affected by many influencing variables that need to be taken in consideration. Therefore, she treats patients as a whole, by providing enhanced holistic care which ultimately leads to better patient outcomes.

What you can expect from me

Of note, she does not offer disability psychiatric evaluations, accommodation letters for work/school, completion of paid family medical leave, or driver’s license reinstatement forms for new patients, and/or for patients who haven’t been under her care for at least 6 months.
