A bit about my approach to therapy

She believes that physical and mental health are affected by many influencing variables that need to be taken in consideration. Therefore, she treats patients as a whole, by providing enhanced holistic care which ultimately leads to better patient outcomes.

What you can expect from our first session

Carmen is committed on creating a warm, inclusive environment where patients feel heard, understood & empowered to take control of their health. She aims to alleviate symptoms, promote long-term well-being & resilience.

Of note, she does not offer disability psychiatric evaluations, accommodation letters for work/school, completion of paid family medical leave, or driver’s license reinstatement forms for new patients, and/or for patients who haven’t been under her care for at least 6 months.
