My approach to therapy

I take a holistic. person-centered approach that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and environment. I view each client as a whole individual, not a diagnosis, and work collaboratively to uncover the root causes of distress rather than just symptoms.

I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and better understood, not just in terms of their symptoms, but as whole people.

Together, we work to uncover patterns, root causes, and strengths, allowing for deeper insight and practical steps toward the healing journey.
