Carmen Klenner

I have eight years of experience with clients throughout the lifespan, children through geriatrics. CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness are my most utilized modalities of treatment.

I meet my clients where they are at and work with them to discover their journey and move forward at a pace that is within their own zone of comfort. I challenge my clients negative thought patterns and help them see hope for a brighter future.

I am very goal-orientated. As your therapist, I will work with you on discovering themes within your interactions with others and the world in general. We will also explore your own self-concept and how you can strive to be your true, authentic self. I will help you set goals and determine the steps to help you achieve those aspirations to a happier, more satisfying life.
