Anxiety, family conflict, grief, trauma, or difficult life transitions can leave you feeling emotionally drained, disconnected, and unsure how to move forward. You deserve a space where you don't have to carry those burdens alone. I work alongside individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, family issues, grief and loss, women's issues, and trauma so they can strengthen their relationships, build emotional resilience, and create healthier, more connected lives. Working with adolescents, adults, and families, I strive to create a compassionate, supportive environment where healing feels possible and lasting change can begin.
