Great to meet you!

I am a Cognitive Behavioral Psychologist providing psychotherapy. Through self-exploration, I can help you learn what has caused some of your habits and ways of acting. Then, if you are ready, we can work on making small and larger changes that will improve your quality of life. For years, I have worked with professionals; these experiences have helped me identify what makes people successful and happy.

My approach to therapy

I am here to support you become a better version of yourself. Together, you will learn how to make better choices based on your personal values (e.g., spirituality, family). Do you want to break free from that romantic relationship that is holding you back? My goal is for you to build more meaningful relationships through the development of your interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

What you can expect from me

I can help you build a better life by showing you how to examine your past and develop a more intentional and meaningful life. While reviewing the past can be helpful, my focus is to assist you in creating the present that you have been yearning for.
