Great to meet you!

I am a board‐certified clinical therapist with a strong foundation in narrative therapy, helping clients explore and reshape the stories that influence their lives. In recent years, I’ve supported children ages 5–17 as well as adults navigating a wide range of emotional experiences, including anxiety, depression, grief, and gender affirmation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open, collaborative, and grounded in empowerment—especially during moments of doubt or transition. I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals, helping you develop insight, resilience, and practical tools to move forward with greater confidence. I believe every person’s story deserves space, care, and the opportunity to evolve.

What you can expect from me

I’ll begin by inviting you to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the experience. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we navigate the challenges and transitions that matter most to you. By the end of our conversation, we’ll have a clearer understanding of your goals and a shared sense of how we can move forward in a way that feels right for you.
