Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring both compassion and perspective to the work we’ll do together. Therapy with me is like talking to a trusted confidante — someone who listens without judgment, helps you unpack what’s weighing on you, and celebrates your progress along the way. I work with adults, families, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, addiction, and life stress. Clients describe me as warm, funny, and encouraging, but also direct and honest when it’s needed.

My approach to therapy

I believe growth happens when you feel both supported and challenged. My role is to help you gain insight, build healthy coping skills, and rediscover your strength. Every session is tailored to your personality and goals; no one-size-fits-all approach here. I create a calm, peaceful space where you can be yourself and start moving toward the changes you want most.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to connect and talk through what brought you here. You’ll have space to share your story, ask questions, and identify what you want from therapy. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the next step forward.
