I am a LPC that has nearly half a decade of experience in rural mental health. I obtained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I work with people from all walks of life and I pride myself on creating a safe space where you can build the best version of you!
I utilize an eclectic approach with a person-centered foundation. I have extensive experience with trauma, depression, anxiety, personality, mood, substance use, and psychotic disorders.
During the first session, we will simply have a conversation. Good therapy is built on trust and I believe that trust can only be established in a safe, empathetic, and genuine environment.
