Hi there! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in psychotherapy with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I received my doctoral degree in clinical psychology (Psy.D.) from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium, and I have been licensed as a psychologist since 2010.
My approach is friendly, down-to-earth, and flexible. I have an integrative orientation, which means I draw from a variety of evidence-based models to address the specific and unique needs of every patient. As we build a strong and collaborative relationship, we will proceed at a pace that is comfortable and manageable for you.
We will work together to set clear and manageable goals that you are ready to pursue. My patients typically experience improved self-awareness, self-esteem, independence, emotional resilience, organization and self-control, school/work performance, communication skills, and/or peer and family relationships.
