Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 25 years, but in the last decade, have shifted my main focus to diagnostic evaluations and treatment of ADD/ADHD and Ketamine Assisted Therapy for adults aged 18-65 who are struggling with depression, anxiety and attention deficit disorders.

My approach to therapy

I provide a concierge approach to care that is premium, personalized, convenient, flexible, and discreet. I offer clients direct access, often outside of standard office hours, through various communication methods. This model emphasizes a client-centered approach, enabling individuals to receive comprehensive mental health support that aligns with their unique schedules, and lifestyles. It is particularly suited for those seeking an elevated level of care, prioritizing accessibility and exclusivity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming and collaborative environment during their first session with me as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Certified Clinical Services Provider for ADHD (ADHD-CCSP). Our initial meeting will focus on understanding your unique concerns, medical and mental health history, and current symptoms. I will take time to listen to your experiences, answer your questions, and discuss potential treatment options tailored to your needs. Together, we will develop a plan that prioritizes your goals and sets the foundation for ongoing support and positive change.
