Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been in practice since 2010. Many of my clients are adult women, working professionals, parents, Asian Americans, and Christians. I have extensive experience in assisting clients as they work through problems related to relationship issues, family conflict, life transitions, worries, stress, women's issues, self-esteem, and parenting.

My approach to therapy

I am interested in your life journey, your story. As a therapist, I offer a compassionate stance in coming alongside people on their healing path. I would be honored to walk with you and support you through issues of identity, difficult relationships, and discover effective coping skills to thrive in life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe environment where you can experience understanding and transformation. Together, we will explore your experiences and relationships to uncover underlying patterns and root causes that contribute to your pain. Collaboratively, we will create a personalized plan of healing and growth goals.
