Great to meet you!

I received my MA from Denver University & am a “seasoned” therapist, 35+years of both private practice and 15 years as a counselor for active duty military & their families. I especially like working with clients who have encountered road blocks & life challenges that are keeping them from living their best lives & are motivated to understand these issues (excavate & uncover the possible reasons & fears keeping you stuck) & move with courage & determination to get passed them. I look forward to helping you on this journey, and being a nonjudgmental resource to help you in the healing.

My approach to therapy

I use a client-centered interactional style, through a trusting relationship & safe space we talk through what’s keeping you blocked or afraid. Developing strategies together for improving your situation, communication and self awareness are keys to accomplishing goals for living your best & most productive life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a deeper understanding of what’s keeping them stuck or immobilized, given steps/strategies for recovery & rebuilding, as well as feeling “seen”& “heard” so that they don’t feel as alone or isolated in their struggle.
