Great to meet you!

You’re working hard in a demanding program—undergrad, grad school, law, medicine, clinical training, or the arts. Even when you’re keeping up on the outside, the pressure to perform, stay focused, and “get it right” can take a real toll.

I help students who are dealing with:

  • Anxiety and constant worry
  • Panic or overwhelm
  • Overthinking and racing thoughts
  • Trouble focusing or staying motivated
  • Procrastination and burnout
  • Imposter feelings or self-doubt
  • Performance pressure (exams, auditions, presentations)
  • Feeling “off your game” even when nothing looks wrong on the outside

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, anxious, or not like yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to push through it by yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in what you need. We take a look at what’s fueling the stress—whether it’s perfectionism, fear of disappointing others, pressure around high-stakes moments, or simply having too much on your plate.

I use a mix of:

  • CBT to help with patterns of worry and overthinking
  • Mindfulness-based strategies to calm the nervous system
  • Brainspotting and work support deeper emotional patterns when needed
  • Structured problem-solving for clarity, motivation, and follow-through

You don’t have to know any of these approaches—we’ll use whatever helps you feel more grounded, clearer, and better able to handle what’s ahead.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they feel relief just having a place to talk openly without pressure. In our work together, you can expect to:

  • Understand what’s behind your anxiety, stress, or self-criticism
  • Feel more in control of panic, overwhelm, or racing thoughts
  • Build confidence in high-pressure situations
  • Improve focus, motivation, and follow-through
  • Have concrete tools to use between sessions
  • Develop a clearer sense of what you need—not just what’s expected of you

Therapy can be challenging at times, but it’s also a supportive space to understand yourself better, ease the pressure you’ve been carrying, and show up with more confidence and clarity in your day-to-day life.
