I have been a Nurse Practitioner in an Emergency Department for over ten years. Due to the pandemic, our emergency room has been impacted by psychiatric patients, and I realized that there is a need for nurse practitioners like me to truly help others. Some patients wait hours or overnight in our emergency department to be evaluated. I want to bridge the gap and make a difference by providing care here in Headway.

As a family nurse practitioner and board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I adopt an integrated approach to wellness that considers both physical and mental health. I specialize in adult ADHD, anxiety, and depression. By using a patient-centered approach, I combine my clinical expertise with empathy to support individuals on their mental health journeys. I integrate evidence-based practices with personalized treatment plans to enhance overall well-being.
