Great to meet you!

Welcome! I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical skills for navigating life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to identify what is most important to you and help you find effective ways to create meaningful change. Together, we'll explore what works for you and celebrate progress every step of the way!

What you can expect from me

My initial sessions typically include getting to know you, including finding out about what you would like from our therapy sessions, as well as developing a genogram (a map of your family system). I am there to listen and to learn about you.
