Great to meet you!

Hi!! I’m Carol Guardado, a Licensed Clinician 8 years of experience working with moms. I specialize in supporting women through the tough stuff—whether it’s postpartum depression, anxiety, grief, or the emotional challenges that come with motherhood. I know how overwhelming it can feel, and I’m here to help you navigate those ups and downs, find your balance, and feel more like yourself again.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am well versed in different theoretical approaches but primarily focus on utilizing the following Evidence-based practices in my individual work on a case-by-case basis: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

What you can expect from our first session

I work alongside individuals to develop collaborative goals for treatment. Throughout sessions, my patients provide feedback that guides treatment decisions from the initial intake to our last session.
