Great to meet you!

I have nearly a decade in practice in a variety of clinical settings with hundreds if not thousands of people. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work through Fordham University following a four year liberal arts degree and have worked in the Psychiatry Dept. of a hospital for 8 years. Trainings in Cognitive Behavioral therapy, DBT skills, anxiety reduction techniques and mindfulness skills have given me many tools to utilize and share with you on your journey to wellness.

My approach to therapy

I use a psychodynamic approach, with a warm, trusting relationship being the most important factor in my care. I combine various theoretical approaches with up to date evidence-based techniques to help you increase insight AND develop practical tools to better manage your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

I can help you identify blind spots that are getting in the way of having a satisfying life. Together, we can problem solve and develop creative solutions to whatever is keeping you stuck. You will leave feeling empowered to use new approaches and techniques in pursuit of your own unique future.
