My first task is to help you feel safe and seen in session. You are the expert in your life. I offer expertise from I offer a range of therapeutic activities to engage your mind, body, and unique style. We will do so much more than "just talk". Together, we will create a plan to reach your goals, allowing for flexibility & creativity along the way. You will control the pace and depth: I will be your guide, witness, and support system.

In just a few sessions, clients notice improved self-regulation skills and increased optimism. For the client that has past experiences that still hurt in the present, I can facilitate gentle release of past stress and trauma. As sessions progress, clients report that they feel "less stuck" and more present. At the end of therapy, clients describe an increased capacity for life and a stronger sense of their personal powers.
