Hello! My name is Dr. Carol Hollifield. I usually just go by Dr. Carol. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Doctor of Natural Medicine (DNM). I am a seasoned psychotherapist and practitioner of natural and bioenergetic medicine. My therapeutic focus is providing holistic mental health care.

A holistic whole-person approach to mental health considers how a person’s well-being is affected by their physical, psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual condition. The focus of holistic mental health care is to address the root causes of an illness or condition rather than merely attempting to alleviate the symptoms such as anxiety, fatigue, anger, or depression that often accompany mental and emotional struggles. I often refer to the work I do as Mind-Body-Heart Rx.
