My name is Carol Lewis and I am Licensed Professional Counselor. I was born and raised in the south and currently reside in the Metro Atlanta Area. I have been providing counseling service since 2013 I am dedicated to providing coaching and counseling services that empower my clients to actively participate in achieving their goals as it relates to identifying solutions for addressing emotional or mental challenges that create blockages in their life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a belief that we all have within us the ability to identify and solve our own problems. My foundation of therapy is Person Centered Approach developed by Carl Rodgers. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist in challenge the thoughts that are no longer useful and assist my clients and recognizing the tools they need to reach their goals.
