I have practiced in a variety of settings, including methadone/suboxone, criminal justice, residential, community mental health, and others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy and use techniques that best fit their needs. I mainly use Motivational Interviewing, CBT, REBT, and other evidenced-based approaches to empower individuals to find their best solutions.
