Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in trauma and crisis. I have worked extensively in areas of addiction, trauma, anxiety disorders, and grief. I put an emphasis on self-care, empowerment, and restoring balance in mind, body, and spirit. The population I serve is mid-teens to the elderly.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic—considering the whole person rather than just a client's symptoms—while providing a safe space for healing. I work collaboratively with clients to process their experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for overcoming life's challenges and reducing the severity of their symptoms.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to create meaningful change by exploring the root of their struggles and building healthy, sustainable coping strategies.
