Great to meet you!

I graduated from Oral Robert’s University with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in 2020. Since 2018, I have provided emotional and behavioral therapy and interventions working at an Autism Therapy Center, Residential Treatment Center, and at Gulf Bend Center for four years providing Diagnostic assessments, Crisis Intervention, and training staff on Trauma Informed Care. I am excited to provide more one on one therapy and build therapeutic relationships with her clients.

My approach to therapy

I utilize multi-theoretical approaches to therapy depending on the clients needs. Reaching out for therapy and help is difficult enough. When you come into the office you will feel validated, welcomed, and provided a calm and safe space to talk about what difficulties you are experiencing. I believe in a Client Centered approach to therapy, so we will create goals however it will be done at the clients own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients will take away improved self confidence, tools to cope and tackle life’s difficulties, and feel empowered. I love to make my clients feel heard, seen, and meeting her clients where they are in life.
