Great to meet you!

Welcome!

As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, it is extremely important to identify and treat mental health concerns early in life to give children and adolescents the best possible chance to start building a happy and healthy life. My educational background includes a BS from SUNY Stony Brook, BSN from MCPHS University, MSN from Hunter College, and completing the CHC, Inc. Nurse Practitioner Residency Program.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Many patients enjoy my down to earth and caring approach to treatment. As a patient you are a part of your treatment team. Together we work to find the best treatment options for you. I often strive for the lowest effective doses on the least number of medications, if, and when medications are warranted.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a judgement free zone! I work hard to create a safe and comfortable environment to discuss any and all mental health concerns. We focus on barriers to medication compliance and adherence, school environment, academic concerns, home environment, and peer relationships just to list a few.
