I have been in private practice as a marriage and family therapist for 35 years. I have worked with a wide variety of issues: trauma, chemical dependency, codependency, abuse of all kinds, depression, family stress, and communication. I do individual, couple, family, and group therapy. I use an eclectic, client-centered approach, focusing on what individuals want to achieve in their therapy. I am certified in Energy Psychology and trained in EMDR. I have trained extensively with John Gottman.

I do not have a fixed approach to therapy. I try to match the appropriate technique to the client’s needs and preferences. I am trained in family systems, CBT, EMDR, and Energy Psychology. I also teach meditation and many holistic approaches.

My hope is that they begin to see themselves in a more positive light, the same way I always see them. I also hope that they feel more empowered to meet their needs in a variety of ways.
