Great to meet you!

Some of life's most difficult challenges don't have easy solutions. The loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, changes in health, chronic pain, or simply finding yourself in a season of life you never expected can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and emotionally exhausted.

I'm Carol, and I work with women navigating grief and loss, divorce, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and the emotional complexities that often accompany major life transitions. Many of the people I support are carrying more than others realize while trying to stay strong for their families, relationships, and responsibilities.

Therapy provides a space where you don't have to carry those burdens alone. Together, we can explore what you're experiencing, process difficult emotions, and begin finding a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with being heard and understood. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual experiences and goals.

Life transitions often bring layers of emotions that can be difficult to navigate on your own. Whether you're grieving a loss, adjusting to the end of a marriage, coping with chronic pain, or facing questions about aging, caregiving, or end-of-life concerns, therapy can offer support, perspective, and practical tools for managing what feels overwhelming.

Together, we'll identify the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that may be contributing to distress while building healthy coping strategies that support emotional well-being, resilience, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply an opportunity to begin your story. You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Many clients arrive feeling stuck, exhausted, heartbroken, or uncertain about what comes next.

My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring both the challenges you're facing and the strengths that can help you move through them. Over time, clients often develop greater emotional clarity, healthier coping skills, renewed confidence, and a stronger sense of peace as they navigate life's changes.

Healing doesn't mean forgetting what you've lost or pretending things are easy. It means learning how to carry your experiences in a way that allows you to continue living fully and authentically.

If you're navigating grief, divorce, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, or another significant life transition, you don't have to face it alone. I would be honored to provide a supportive space where you can heal, grow, and move forward with greater confidence and hope.
