Great to meet you!

If there was ever a time in your life where you’ve felt the need to have someone who could not only hear, but understand and validate you, I am that person. I have spent the entirety of my life helping people because it is what I enjoy. I enjoy working with people who are sincerely ready for a betterment change in their lives. We all have to navigate life’s numerous struggles and challenges.

My approach to therapy

I have worked extensively with child survivors of sexual abuse, adolescents, and members of the LGBT community who are challenged with depression, anger management and anxiety. I have a history of facilitating domestic violence treatment groups and empowerment groups for all ages. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults to help them develop the most effective coping strategies to help them achieve their individual goals successfully.

What you can expect from me

As we try to navigate life, sometimes depression, stress, anxiety, conflicts can be obstacles to our finding balance and stability. I would like to work with you in helping you to develop your ability to find or create balance of mind, body, and spirit for your life.
