Great to meet you!

You're worn out, running on empty, and still not feeling like yourself — even though you've been putting in the effort.

Perhaps you've received the wrong diagnosis. Perhaps your symptoms don't fit neatly into a single category. Or perhaps you've felt overlooked in a healthcare system that moves too quickly to truly listen.

I support adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and trauma — particularly those who feel stuck, dismissed, or uncertain about what's really going on. My approach bridges both mental and physical health, allowing us to uncover what may have been overlooked and build a treatment plan that genuinely makes sense for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you feel better in your actual, everyday life — not just on paper. I don't believe in cookie-cutter treatment. I invest the time to understand the full scope of what's going on, including your symptoms, stress levels, sleep patterns, medical history, and overall well-being.

Because I'm dual-certified in both psychiatry and primary care, I look at the complete picture. Mental and physical health are deeply interconnected, and addressing root causes rather than surface-level symptoms is what leads to real, lasting improvement.

I draw on evidence-based treatments, supportive therapeutic techniques, and medication management when appropriate. My goal is to ensure you feel informed, at ease, and supported at every stage of the process. If you've been trying to manage things on your own without lasting results, we'll work together to find an approach that finally delivers.

What you can expect from me

You'll leave each appointment with a concise care plan: what we'll address first, how soon you might notice symptom relief, and when we'll follow up — often within one to two weeks for medication check-ins. I'll coordinate with your other healthcare providers as needed.

All sessions are confidential, insurance-friendly, and accessible via telehealth throughout Palm Beach County. Initial visits typically run 45 to 60 minutes. Please have a list of your current medications and any recent records available.
