I have been a licensed Mental Health Counselor for 25 years with master's degrees from Duke Univeristy (M.Div.), and Nova Southeastern Univerity (MS).

Clients I work with come to me with many concerns which may have been going on for months, years, or are in the here and now. I work with people suffering from a variety of mental health issues, and from a wide variety of backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

I am highly interactive with my clients and believe that we are partners in the process towards better mental health, healing, and wholeness. My approach is largely founded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I do not have one way of doing therapy. We will work together to define and set your goals, addressing what is currently causing you the most distress and/or what has been causing you pain for a long time.
