Great to meet you!

You're at a time in your life when you’re trying to make sense of who you are and where you fit into the world. But, racing thoughts, brain fog, or ongoing sadness are making daily life difficult. It's a struggle to complete tasks and get through the day when you're overwhelmed or checked out. You want to enjoy your life, but depression, anxiety, ADHD, or past experiences are getting in the way. If you’ve found yourself here, know that you aren’t alone, and you aren't broken.

My approach to therapy

It’s part of being human to need support. In therapy, you’ll have a welcoming space to be yourself and identify changes you want to make. I’ll help you gain an understanding of your strengths and how your brain works to better support your healing. Together, we’ll explore and learn from your emotions and experiences so that you can move toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

I’m passionate about helping young adults and teens find meaning in their lives and realize their ability to heal themselves. I use a holistic and neurodivergent-affirming approach by incorporating strategies that honor the mind-body connection and support brain differences. If you’re ready to start therapy, please email me for a free consultation.
