Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying stress, navigating relationship challenges, or trying to heal from painful experiences. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. My primary areas of focus are anxiety, stress management, anger management, relationship issues, and trauma. With 16 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, I help adults work through challenges such as grief and loss, substance use concerns, ADHD, bipolar disorder, identity exploration, cultural and ethnic issues, women's issues, PTSD, and life transitions. My approach is creative, open-minded, and solution-oriented; helping you gain greater clarity, confidence, resilience, and direction while building on the strengths you already possess.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process tailored to your unique goals and experiences. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I integrate evidence-based therapies and practical strategies that align with your needs. My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Existential, Transpersonal, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Attachment-Based approaches, Narrative Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-focused interventions. Whether you're struggling with relationship conflict, unresolved trauma, emotional regulation, family challenges, self-esteem concerns, or patterns that no longer serve you, we'll work together to better understand what's keeping you stuck and identify meaningful steps toward change. I strive to create a space where insight, healing, and lasting growth can happen while honoring your individual experiences and values.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, compassionate, and understanding environment where your experiences are met with curiosity, wisdom, respect, and care. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions while also feeling empowered to move forward with confidence. Together, we'll identify practical tools, uncover strengths, and create realistic goals that support the life you want to build. Whether you're facing a difficult season, healing from past wounds, or seeking greater fulfillment and balance, I'll meet you where you are and work with you to create and apply meaningful and lasting change.
