Carole Calhoun

Hello my name is Carole and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) practicing in the state of Arizona and a Certified Trauma Professional. My work stems from a holistic perspective (mind, body, spirit), viewing all people as whole and unique individuals who deserve to be seen, heard, and understood. I work with clients struggling with grief and loss, trauma, women's issues and life transitions, anxiety, depression.

As stated, my approach to therapy is holistic and humanistic first: each person is a whole human being with a mind, body, and spirit that deserves to be acknowledged. I am person-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed.

Our first session will be conversational in nature while I gather information about you as a person, your background and your goals for therapy. My goal is that you feel accepted in a warm, nonjudgmental manner.
