Great to meet you!

Everyone deserves to feel supported, understood, and capable of creating meaningful change in their lives. My goal as a therapist is to help clients identify both the strengths they can build on and the obstacles that may be preventing them from living a more fulfilling and balanced life. Whether you are navigating everyday stress, major life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, or long-standing emotional struggles, I strive to meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

I work to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior. Through this process, clients can develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and empowerment while building practical tools to move toward lasting growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

In my therapeutic practice, I take an integrative approach, drawing from person-centered therapy, choice theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused techniques to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals, helping them build practical tools for change and greater emotional clarity. I work with individuals navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, relationship difficulties, sleep challenges, parenting stress, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

A central part of my approach is building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to share their most personal thoughts and feelings at their own pace. Within this supportive connection, clients are able to clarify their needs, identify meaningful goals, and move toward the changes they want in their lives. Clients can expect to feel heard, understood, and supported, with an increased sense of hope and possibility for the future.
