Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Carole. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with more than twenty years of experience caring for people across many stages of life. My nursing journey began in geriatric care, where I developed a strong appreciation for the unique needs of older adults, and I later spent several years in pediatric care supporting children and their families through important moments in their health journey.

For the past twelve years, I have focused on women’s health, which has given me the privilege of supporting women through so many phases of life, from young adulthood to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I care deeply about helping women navigate the emotional, physical, and mental health changes that can come with motherhood, identity shifts, relationships, and the many transitions life brings. Throughout every chapter of my career, I have remained committed to listening closely and helping each person feel truly seen and understood.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should feel personal, thoughtful, and centered around you. My approach is holistic, which means I look at the full picture of your emotional, mental, and physical well-being when creating a treatment plan. I may incorporate therapy, medication management, and practical lifestyle support when appropriate, always based on your individual needs and goals. My role is to work alongside you with compassion and honesty so you feel supported as you move toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you are encouraged to share openly at your own pace. We will spend time talking through your history, current concerns, and what you hope to get out of treatment so I can understand your experience more fully. Together, we will begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, more clear about your next steps, and hopeful about the path ahead.

If you are ready to begin your mental health journey with compassionate, collaborative support, I would be honored to work with you.
